Moradores detêm dois suspeitos de roubo em Porto Velho


Dois jovens, de 22 e 19 anos, suspeitos de roubarem o aparelho celular de uma mulher de 53 anos foram detidos por moradores que testemunharam ação criminosa, na tarde desta sexta-feira (29), em Porto Velho. Após a detenção, eles foram entregues à Polícia Militar.

O crime, segundo a PM, aconteceu nas imediações da Rua Severino Silva com a Avenida Amazonas, no Bairro Cuniã, área Norte da capital. De acordo com registro policial, a vítima trafegava a pé pela região, quando foi atacada por três suspeitos que tentaram roubar a bolsa que a mulher levava.

A vítima resistiu ao ataque e os criminosos conseguiram se apropriar apenas do celular da mulher. Moradores que presenciaram o roubo seguiram os suspeitos até um terreno abandonado, onde dois dos envolvidos no crime tentaram se esconder.

Antes da chegada da PM, os moradores investiram contra os jovens e os detiveram, restituindo o celular à proprietária. A dupla foi entregue à Polícia Militar e encaminhada à Central de Polícia.

O terceiro envolvido conseguiu fugir porque, de acordo com relatos das testemunhas, caminhou no sentido oposto do seguido pela dupla que foi presa.

O lançamento da campanha será em outubro, mas ainda não foi informada a data. As geladeiras serão preenchidas com livros e ficarão à disposição das pessoas, que podem escolher, ler e, se quiserem, até levar para casa. A iniciativa é da Fundação Municipal de Cultura (Fumcult), que quer incentivar o hábito da leitura, ampliar o acesso aos livros e ajudar o meio ambiente.

Em Macapá, o projeto iniciará com 50 “geladeirotecas”. Elas foram confeccionadas após serem encontrados em lixeiras públicas ou doadas por pessoas que pretendiam descartá-las, como conta o diretor-presidente da Fumcult, Sérgio Lemos.

“Provavelmente o destino dessas geladeiras seria o ferro velho ou simplesmente iam continuar sendo mais um volume nas problemáticas lixeiras. Mais de 20 delas nós encontramos no lixo, durante ações de limpeza da prefeitura. As demais recebemos de pessoas conhecidas que iriam jogá-las fora”, conta.

Ainda de acordo com o titular da pasta, a instalação dessas geladeiras funcionará de forma rotativa, para que alcance maior público.

A intenção é que as pessoas se deparem com elas e se surpreendam, tenham curiosidade de pegar livros, de lê-los e de ajudar a cuidar do espaço onde estará a biblioteca inusitada. A previsão é que elas comecem a circular pela cidade em dezembro.

Com acúmulo de tantos resíduos, uma lixeira viciada no bairro Perpétuo Socorro, na Zona Leste de Macapá, chegou a bloquear por alguns dias o trânsito da Rua Hugo Alves Pinto, na margem de um canal que atravessa o bairro. O problema foi registrado e enviado pelo internauta Genilson Macedo, através do aplicativo Tô na Rede, da Rede Amazônica.

Nesta terça-feira (26), o bloqueio foi liberado, mas o lixo continuava acumulado no local. A Secretaria Municipal de Manutenção Urbanística (Semur) programou uma limpeza na área para sexta-feira (29). Além da remoção, a prefeitura informou que também fiscalizará e notificará moradores que cometem infração ambiental.

O microempresário Jonas da Rocha, de 27 anos, usa diariamente a Rua Hugo Alves Pinto para acessar o bairro Cidade Nova. Para ele, a fiscalização precisa ser mais rigorosa para evitar que a lixeira continue.

“A prefeitura vem, faz a limpeza, só que não fiscaliza quem suja. Aqui ficou bloqueado uns três dias. Eu passei aqui de moto e tive que rodar mais duas ruas. Isso dificulta a vida das pessoas, os moradores daqui de perto têm até risco de ter doenças. Acho que a fiscalização daria jeito. Essa lixeira já existe há muito tempo”, reclamou Rocha.

Precisando buscar uma neta na escola, a doméstica Maria de Nazaré Oliveira, de 46 anos, precisou ter um acesso mais longo para poder chegar à instituição devido o bloqueio na rua. Nesta terça-feira, ela já pode passar no local, mesmo assim se sentindo incomodada pelo lixo.

“Tanto aqui quanto ali na frente também tem muito lixo. Ontem eu precisei dar a volta na rua de trás para poder pegar minha neta na escola. Sempre jogam lixo aqui e a gente sabe que é morador. Isso é muito ruim porque pode dar doença”, disse Nazaré.

De acordo com a Semur, a última remoção de lixeiras viciadas ao longo do canal foi realizada há 15 dias. A secretaria reforçou que o serviço é realizado constantemente no bairro devido os moradores continuarem jogando acumulando resíduos na via.

De acordo com a Lei Complementar 054/08, a punição para quem for identificado despejando resíduos em via pública é notificação e multa, no valor de até R$ 2 mil, podendo ainda responder por crime ambiental. Pelo número de telefone (96) 99147-1050, a população pode enviar fotos, vídeos ou ligar para denunciar quem joga lixo em via pública.

Um idoso de 85 anos, que mora no bairro São Sebastião II, área Norte de Porto Velho, teve parte do telhado da casa destruído por um imenso galho de embaúba, que caiu durante o temporal deste fim de semana.

Com um ferimento na perna e mesmo debilitado pela idade, Francisco Bento da Costa subiu no telhado e, com um facão, tentou cortar os galhos, mas sem sucesso. Preocupados com a segurança do aposentado, vizinhos acionaram o Corpo de Bombeiros.

A autônoma Cristiane Castro, que mora numa casa vizinha a residência do idoso, diz que o pé de embaúba representa risco a pelo menos três famílias.

“Já falamos com os Bombeiros e com a Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente (Sema), mas nenhuma providência foi tomada. Queremos que a embaubeira seja cortada”, explicou Cristiane.
